The Pile of Bones Brass Band and The German Club have once again teamed up for Mardi Gras! This is regarded as the Pile’s biggest annual show and will feature an incredible line-up of local talent including Rob Dakiniewich, Khanida Taylor, PIMPTON™, & Bryce Van Loosen.
SPECIAL MARDI GRAS OCCURENCE:
The German Club will be serving Nokomis Craft Ales Bourbon Brown Ale beer. Only one cask will be tapped per night, while supplies last!
Never heard of the Pile? In short, the frontline brass will peel paint off the wall, while the rhythm section is the funkiest of them all. The groove is created by rocksteady sousaphone bass lines, street-beat drumming, greasy guitar tones, and raw brass harmonies. Let it simmer then add a pinch of soulful vocals and get ready to party Mardi Gras style!
We encourage you to dress the part, so bring your beads and masks, enjoy some fine German beers and come party with us as we turn St John St into Bourbon St for the night! See you at the German Club basement lounge for a darn fine time!
