We are looking to hire a Kitchen Assistant!
Only apply if you take direction easily, are independent, reliable, have your ‘Safe Food Handling’ certificate and experience with working in a Commercial Kitchen.
You will be assisting our Head Chef by prepping food for Lunches and Banquets.
- Additional Duties include:
- Occasional order taking and serving.
- Keeping track of inventory and stocking of supplies.
- Washing dishes and cleaning of equipment.
- Setting table placements.
This position will start as Part Time until training is complete. Full time hours will commence once a routine is in place. Daily shifts starting Tuesday through to Friday with occasional Saturday Banquets. Occasional evening shifts are required to accommodate Banquets.
