The Kleine Pakete is the Regina German Club’s first junior folk dance group. It is open for both boys and girls ages 4 to 12 years. Germany consists of many different regions, and each has their own unique form of folk dancing. Our dance instructor tries to incorporate the many forms and makes it fun for the children.
The group meets once a week at 6pm to 7pm on Monday evenings from September to June to practice. They are under the direction of the dance instructor Ms. Lindsay Cottin. The group has participated in several cultural events in Regina, such as The Regina German Clubs Christmas Weihnachtsfeier, Tanz Zabawa, Spring Free From Racism, Mosaic Kick Off, and Mosaic.
